GetOneDbf(cName) --> object_of_OneDbf:

Functions:

The object of OneDbf class is searched, which database is opened in cName
workarea, cName is alias name for the area. If found returns the object,
if not returns nil.

Parameter description:

cName  alias - selects the area for OneDbf class object

Return value:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
object of OneDbf class or nil
